Preparation
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment start time (parking, client intake form, washroom, etc.) If you are coming for waxing, in order to ensure the best service, make sure your hair is at least 1/4 inch long or it has been 2.5 weeks since shaving.
Parental Consent
If you are under 16 we will require you to be accompanied by a parent or guardian to your first appointment to fill out a Client Intake Form.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled online, or by calling 703-66-SUGAR at least 24 hours in advance. Please respect our time as we will do the same.
